National gas prices are currently $3.94 per gallon–a pretty penny. But, believe it or not, there are a number of benefits to high gas prices.
In part one of our three-part series, I discussed three major benefits to skyrocketing fuel prices. These included low-mileage auto insurance discounts if you’re driving less, less gridlock due to fewer drivers on the roadways and fuel savings if you’re sitting in traffic or driving less often.
In this second installment, I will discuss three additional benefits to high gas prices.
First, with soaring fuel prices reducing the number of miles Americans drive each day, there will be less traffic on the roadways.
