Condo insurance gets its importance when you are a tenant leasing a Condominium or an owner of a condo. The insurance policy like the master Condominium covers the exterior side of a building in the areas such as a pool or a tennis court. It will not include the inside part of the individual condo unit and it is your responsibility if any damage happens to the ceilings, floors or walls.
The condo insurance will be available for help in the event of any fall accidents from the wet floors, an event of slip or anything that can be considered as personal liability.
